Some stories are best taught. Others are best lived alongside someone else—even someone who lived two hundred years ago.

I write both Christian historical fiction and biblical nonfiction because each offers a different way of exploring the same truths.

My historical novels follow ordinary people through war, loss, homecoming, love, calling, and unexpected change. They are character-driven stories in which romance grows through friendship and faithfulness, history shapes the lives of those caught within it, and hope never requires pretending that suffering did not happen.

My nonfiction brings those questions directly to you through Scripture, exploring biblical trauma healing, spiritual formation, calling, motherhood, and the practical work of restoration.

One invites you into the story. The other invites you to examine your own.

Both begin with the same conviction: God is still at work in places that seem broken.
